Accessibility is part of Zoomguide's DNA. From day one, we have developed experiences that respond to the real needs of different audiences — whether children, people with visual impairments, deafness, or cognitive difficulties.

We offer tailored content profiles, with audio description for blind people, sign language for deaf people, easy reading, and experiences designed for children. Our app is available in multiple languages and includes audio content, ensuring a fluid, comfortable, and inclusive experience.

More than just being accessible, we want every visitor to feel truly welcomed in their own language, at their own pace, with their own senses.

Sentimos melhorias essencialmente a vários níveis: A diversidade de línguas permite que muitos mais visitantes consigam ter acesso aos nossos conteúdos. Os relatórios regulares de utilização da Zoomguide permitem-nos perceber o que fazem os visitantes no museu, onde é que param, por onde circulam, quais os objetos onde se detém mais tempo. O facto de termos conteúdos acessíveis a diversos públicos tem-nos permitido iniciar relações continuadas com públicos específicos. Este ano, por exemplo, vamos passar a oferecer visitas para pessoas cegas e com baixa visão porque como disponibilizamos audiodescritivos torna-se mais fácil criarmos programas para este público.

Sendo uma web-app e por isso sem necessidade de descarregamento prévio, o que traz vantagens ao nível da ativação da experiência pelos visitantes, é em simultâneo, imperativo para a Parques de Sintra, a existência de um modo de utilização offline com facilidade no download dos conteúdos, uma vez que nem todos monumentos dispõem de acesso WiFi ou cobertura de rede movel estável.
